Calculator requests

Calculator selections are sent to the GamePerfHub API to return an estimate. The launch product does not require an account and does not accept public benchmark uploads.

Browser storage

The GPU directory may use session storage to carry one selected GPU to the calculator. This value is removed after it is read and is not used as an advertising identifier.

Analytics

GamePerfHub uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and product interactions, including page views, calculator activity, result states, and optimization views. Google may receive the browser, device, and approximate location information needed to provide this service. Analytics is not used to operate the calculator and does not block its core features.

Support chat

GamePerfHub loads the Chatwoot widget automatically on every page when support chat is enabled. The browser requests the public widget SDK from https://chatwoot-public.xpqly.love before any chat is opened.

If you open the widget and send a message, Chatwoot receives the message text, the page URL, and the browser metadata needed to operate the support inbox. Those messages are stored in the Chatwoot workspace used for GamePerfHub support and kept according to that workspace's retention policy. If the widget is disabled or fails to load, the rest of the site keeps working.

We do not use support chat messages for advertising, and you can choose email instead of the widget if you prefer not to start a chat conversation.
