Prioritize stable frame delivery and player visibility for 144 or 240 FPS play.
This is an editorial starting point, not a claim that one preset is best for every PC or Fortnite mode. Performance Mode and the DirectX renderers can behave differently, so keep the renderer fixed while comparing individual settings.
Start at your monitor's native resolution. Reduce scene effects before reducing resolution, because a sharp image can make distant motion easier to read.
